Meadow No. 12, Muskoka Lakes Township Honey - 500g

This meadow is located at the end of the Brackenrig Centre Road and boarders 800 acres of wild forest the bees fly into all summer. This results in a predominately forest foraged honey unlike the predominately hay field foraged honeys of Southern Ontario.

Meadow No. 12 August honey is a flavour that is difficult to describe. I feel you can almost taste the forest the bees found this nectar in, along with a slight citrus flavour.
