Tonia Wilson created BRÜ mustards because I love beer and I love mustard. These mustards are inspired by beer styles (but no beer in them) which keeps them, gluten-free. They are full of bold flavours; the Belgian Abbey Ale has notes of orange and coriander with a touch of sweetness. The German Rauchbier is smokey with a touch of spice. And the Irish Stout has notes of coffee, cocoa and molasses. They are perfect for traditional mustard uses but are also amazing for boosting flavour in your favourite dishes.
